Founder of CTH
Tony Judge is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Clubs to Hire, the world’s leading golf club rental company for travelling golfers. He launched Clubs to Hire in 2010, opening its first outlet at Faro Airport to solve the hassle and cost of transporting golf clubs on flights. This service has since grown to 26 locations worldwide and has served over 700,000 golfers.
Before founding Clubs to Hire, Tony was very active in the property sector. Tony founded the investment property company Merrion Investment Properties, advising Irish and UK investors looking to buy property abroad and working closely with firms that owned golf resorts in Portugal and North America. When the market collapsed in 2008 he worked through complex legacy issues for his clients, gaining deep experience in property transactions and client service.
Tony looked after all buyers during this difficult time and his extensive experience in purchasing property abroad is notable.

Mario Schomann is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of GOLF GLOBE, a leading golf travel specialist in the German-speaking markets. He founded GOLF GLOBE in 2014 to connect premium golf destinations with affluent European travellers, building a strong presence across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland.
Before founding GOLF GLOBE, Mario held senior roles within the international travel industry, including positions at TUI, the world’s largest tour operator. In 2010, he assumed responsibility for golf travel at TUI, gaining extensive experience in tour operating, product development and distribution across B2B and B2C channels.
With more than 30 years of experience in travel, golf and international partnerships, Mario has developed a strong network of resorts, tourism boards and industry leaders. His experience in golfer behaviour, premium client expectations and strategic brand positioning is notable.
Mario has worked closely with destinations and decision-makers across Europe, building long-term partnerships and market presence.
